Reservation & Cancellation
When booking an appointment, all guests will be asked to provide a credit card number to reserve your appointment. We understand that sometimes emergencies come up. That’s why All About You allows you to cancel your appointment as long as you provide us with a minimum of 24-hours notice. Failure to notify us within 24 hours for a cancellation will result in a 50% charge of the service price automatically charged to your credit card. There is a 100% charge for the service if the appointment was a no show. This ensures that our guests always receive the exemplary service we promise. Because appointments fill up quickly, we suggest you schedule your next appointment before you leave.
Credit cards are required for booking all services.
If there is no card on file, you may walk-in or book same day appointments only.
We do not take Visa or Mastercard gift cards.
Please be sure your cell phone volume is set to silent during your treatment.
Please do not leave children unattended at any time.
A guest under 12 needs a parent present.
A $30 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Please let your service provider know if you have any allergies.
All returns must be accompanied by a receipt within 30 days of purchase. No returns on G.M. Collin products.
